Join us in in celebrating and supporting learning opportunities with people from our very own community! Our neighborhoods are full of talented and gifted folks that have important and valuable things to share. This season, we spotlight AnnaMaria Cardinalli. A classical and flamenco guitarist, AnnaMaria’s music is colored by her heritage as an 18th generation Santa Fean and the richness of a place considered one of “the world’s best-preserved enclaves of Spanish colonial culture.” She has performed for numerous of our visiting student groups to teach the history of Santa Fe through music and last summer hosted a concert series that not only raised thousands of dollars to help restore the San Miguel Mission's adobe belltower, but the concert will be aired on EWTN, international Catholic Television, on Saturday September 26th, 2015. Help us host a series of neighborhood concerts and community-based learning opportunities for local and visiting students and families with AnnaMaria Cardinalli. We are excited to celebrate "Culture, History, and Heritage through Music in the Southwest." To learn more about how you can help, contact us at [email protected]. "Anna Maria’s life has been defined by 'passion for her culture and passion for educating herself and others about its richness and beauty'."
