ITDRC "HomeworkHub" Free Wireless Internet Hotspots
If you encounter a problem with the ITDRC Hotspot map, click File a Hotspot Report and complete the form to alert NM DoIT (New Mexico Department of Information Technology). This map was created collaboratively as a free public service stewarded by the "Teaching and Learning with GIS" program of the local educational nonprofit, Community Learning Network (CLN) with support from National Science Foundation Pueblo Connect Smart and Connected Cities initiative and based on data collected in collection with NM DoIT and EDAC. This ITDRC Hotspot map is updated periodically based on additions and changes provided to NM DoIT and EDAC by the community and local service providers. Internet hotspot services change frequently and unexpectedly, and CLN and NM DoIT are not responsible for changes, availability and lack of availability, or activities of the public in hotspot locations.
Special thanks to many collaborating organizations and individuals for their support in developing, maintaining, and sharing this free public service resource including: NM Department of Information Technology (Nm DoIT), New Mexico Public Education Department (NM PED), the Internet Society (ISOC) the Internet Society New Mexico Chapter, the Information Technology Disaster Resource Center (ITDRC) and Project Connect, Pueblo Connect and NSF Smart and Connected Communities, LANL Foundation, Los Alamos National Laboratory Community Partnership Office, the Northern New Mexico STEAM Coalition and NMSTEAMHub, Verizon, New Mexico TechWorks, Community Learning Network (CLN), CommUNITY Youth Ambassadors, interns, and volunteers and GIS Director John DiRuggiero and the CLN "Teaching and Learning with GIS" program.
