2020 SUMMER INTERNSHIP ZOOM SERIES
Zoom into an internship this summer with our. virtual internship Mixer Series. Let's get through this challenging time together by keeping our eyes on the prize: the future. Santa Fe Internship Zoom sessions every Tuesday at 1pm April 14, 21, and 28, 2020. We know things are crazy and uncertain right now, but it's even more important these days to stay focused on the future—even if we don't know exactly what that will look like yet. In that spirit, CommUNITY Learning Network partnered with the City of Santa Fe to host a free Santa Fe Internship Zoom series from 1-2pm every Tuesday between April 14 and May 5, 2020. SPRING INTERNSHIP MIXER CANCELLED We're so bummed to announce the cancellation of our Spring Internship Mixer on March 21 at Tumbleroot hosted by CommUNITY Learning Network and the Santa Fe Office of Economic Development, but it's the right thing to do in the face of public health concerns over the Coronavirus. 2019 November Planning Meeting with Facebook
Community members meet with Facebook project manager, PeiPei Zhou to discuss the launch of Facebook Career Connections in Northern New Mexico thanks to support from the Santa Fe Office of Economic Development and CommUNITY Learning Network. "Career Connections supports local employers’ ability to hire and retain emerging talent in their local community, thereby nurturing the next generation of the workforce while increasing local economic prosperity." Career Connections is a Facebook Initiative that Connects Emerging Talent to local Internships including training opportunities and a network of professional mentors.
