WPI Emergency Response Team (WERT)
Project Overview: The State of New Mexico employs half a dozen different systems to manage incidents in the State and to inform the emergency responders and the traveling public about real time situations on the roadway network.
Project Goal: More accurate and responsive emergency services Project Objective: Consolidate disparate systems that support emergency services into a seamless environment. These systems include those that support emergency dispatch (NM 911) and travelers information/road conditions (NM 511/NMRoads). The consolidated environment will be the individual Dispatch Centers within New Mexico. |
