“Anna Maria’s life
has been defined by
“passion for her culture and
passion for educating herself and others
about its richness and beauty.”

Community Concerts and DVD
with AnnaMaria Cardinalli

AnnaMaria Cardinalli is a world-famous classical Spanish and flamenco guitarist and opera singer. AnnaMaria’s music is colored by her heritage as an 18th generation Santa Fean and the richness of a place considered one of “the world’s best-preserved enclaves of Spanish colonial culture.”

She has performed for numerous of our visiting student groups to teach the history of Santa Fe through music and last summer hosted a concert series that not only raised thousands of dollars to help restore the San Miguel Mission's adobe belltower, but also appeared this September on EWTN, international Catholic Television, on Saturday September 26th, 2015.

Thanks to NEA support, Community Learning Network and AnnaMaria Cardinalli collaborated to create a DVD "Celebrating the History and Heritage of the Southwest through Music"

AnnaMaria will create a DVD to be distributed regionally of specially selected classical Spanish and flamenco guitar musical pieces performed in historic locations in northern New Mexico to share through music and story a taste of the deep and rich history of the southwest.

Join us in in celebrating and supporting opportunities for learning and inspiration with people from our very own community!
